Jonah Pt. 2 - God’s Severe Mercy
1. Why does Satan want people to see themselves as “too damaged” to be used by God? How does this passage speak to that and how can we encourage others (and/or ourselves) with this truth?
2. Reading Ps. 37:5; Pr. 16:3; James 4:13-16, etc. How can we keep “as the Lord wills” at the center of our plans and our days?
3. How has God shown YOU mercy (not giving you what you DO deserve) and grace (giving you good things that you DON’T deserve)? How can we practically respond to that?
4. What was encouraging to you about this passage and what tells us about God?
