1 John Pt. 3 - "But if anyone should..."

Read Heb. 7:23-25; I Tim. 2:1-6, and Rom. 8:31-39. How does it speak to your heart that Christ is an “Advocate” for all believers?

What do we learn from understanding the wrath of God against sin, and the Love of God that sent His own son to be an atoning sacrifice FOR us?

On a practical level, how do we take the truths of Christ the righteous as our advocate, and Christ the lamb of God as our atoning sacrifice into our battle with sin?

Is there anything in particular that stood out to you from this passage?
